URALANE 5779-A/B

Caulking Compound

Uralane 5779-A/B is a two component urethane adhesive which bonds well to both plastic and metal substrates. It has a non-flow paste consistency and can be used as a sealant or caulking compound. Also available in beige, Uralane 5779-A80/B and pepper dust grey, Uralane 5779-A40/B qualified to BMS-5-105, Type VI.

MIX RATIO
To 100 parts by weight of Uralane 5779-A, add 98 parts by weight of Uralane 5779-B or 1:1 parts by volume. Mix both components thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to ensure complete blending. Product is also supplied in dual barrel
syringes with mixing nozzles. Mix ratio is the same for all color versions of this product.

Note: Urethane products are sensitive to humid environment. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Store in warm, dry place for maximum shelf life.

CURE SCHEDULE
Seven days at 75°F or three hours at room temperature plus four hours at 150°F.
