URALANE 5772-A/B

High Strength Urethane Adhesive

Uralane 5772-A/B is a two part urethane adhesive which cures at room temperature in 5-7 days or with heat for shorter cure time. It forms tough, heat resistant bonds between various metal substrates and other materials especially where different thermal expansion coefficients prevail.

* Urethanes are sensitive to moisture - optimum shelf life is obtained by avoiding humidity and moisture.

MIX RATIO
To 100 parts by weight of Uralane 5772-A, add 23 parts by weight of Uralane 5772-B. Mix both components thoroughly for several minutes to assure complete blending. Avoid air entrapment while mixing.

CURE SCHEDULE
Gel at 77°F, plus 16 hours at 150°F or 7 days at 75°F.
