Epocast_1651-A/B
Low Density Core Filler
Epocast 1651-A/B is a two part epoxy paste which provides high strength reinforcement for honeycomb core. As a non-flow paste it can be trowelled or extruded into core cells to stiffen and strengthen fabricated parts. It can also be used to strengthen radii, corners, and joints in reinforced plastic structures.

MIX RATIO
To 100 parts by weight of Epocast 1651-A, add 12 parts by weight of Epocast 1651-B. Mix both components thoroughly for several minutes to insure complete and uniform mixing.

NOTE: Do not store below 60°F. Part B may crystallize. Warm to 120°F -150°F for two to three hours to return
material to liquid. Allow to cool to room temperature before mixing.

CURE SCHEDULE:
2 hours at 200°F plus 4 hours at 350-400°F.
