Very Low Density Syntactic
Epocast 1610 is a very low density, self extinguishing, one part epoxy syntactic with a long storage life at room temperature. It can be co-cured with composites in 90 minutes at 250°F. It can be used to replace pre-cured foam or wood blocks in honeycomb panels. Cured under vacuum pressure, it will provide high strength areas for insert potting with no mark off. Epocast 1610 cures to an off-white color.
